Conditions of Sale

All goods purchased must be paid for before they are despatched and we do not operate a cash on delivery service. We aim to maintain our delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control. All goods once despatched should be received within three working days at the latest.

Exceptions of Sale

We check all credit card details and will not despatch goods until we are confident that we have verified the authenticity of the card details supplied.

Orders from outside the UK

We will ship products to all parts of the world.

Sales Tax Exemption

If you are ordering from a non EU member country in Europe or from anywhere outside Europe, you are exempt from paying UK sales tax (VAT). If the item you have ordered is subject to UK sales tax we will deduct the sales tax from the item before it is despatched and refund the difference.

Any personal information you supply to us in whatever form will not be shared under any circumstances with any third party for the purposes of mass mailing, advertising, or any other form of marketing or contact. Bournemouth Footwear will not use the information you give us to contact you except in the case of order confirmation, stock availability or if you specifically ask us not to include you in our mailing list for our own special offers from time to time.
