How do I place an order ?

It is simple to order. Just look through our site and when you find the product you want simply choose the size you want and click on the "Buy" button. This will place your product into your shopping cart. You can add as many products as you like using this method. Once you have finished browsing simply click on the "checkout" button and follow the instructions to enter your name and address details. You will then be taken to the secure payment page where you make your payment. All our prices include UK VAT.

When will you despatch my order ?

If we have the goods you have ordered in stock we will despatch your order by first class delivery within 24 hours and very often the same day (if ordered by 3pm).

How can I pay ?

You can pay for your goods using any major credit card via the Paypal site or paying through regular Paypal or by cheque. Please note however that if you wish to pay by cheque you should print your order from our website and post it to us. Your purchase will be despatched to you once your cheque has cleared our bank (usually after 5 days).

How much postage and packaging do I have to pay ?

UK - Up to £70 order - £7.00 

UK over £70 order - £10

Rest of the World - £20

What if I need to return my order as it is faulty ?

If you receive your order and it is not suitable or does not fit then return it to us for a full refund or replacement. Please note that the shoes must be unworn and still in re-sellable condition. You must pay all the postage charges to return the item to us.

In the unlikely event that the product has a fault that has not been caused by misuse please return the item to us for inspection. If we concur that the item is faulty we will send a replacement and/or issue a full refund to include the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure that when returning items you give us a full explanation for the return.

Conditions of Sale

All goods purchased must be paid for before they are despatched and we do not operate a cash on delivery service. We aim to maintain our delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control. All goods once despatched should be received within three working days at the latest.

Exceptions of Sale

We check all credit card details and will not despatch goods until we are confident that we have verified the authenticity of the card details supplied.

Orders from outside the UK

We will ship products to all parts of the world.

Sales Tax Exemption

If you are ordering from a non EU member country in Europe or from anywhere outside Europe, you are exempt from paying UK sales tax (VAT). If the item you have ordered is subject to UK sales tax we will deduct the sales tax from the item before it is despatched and refund the difference.
