How do I place an order ?

It is simple to order. Just look through our site and when you find the product you want simply choose the size you want and click on the "Buy" button. This will place your product into your shopping cart. You can add as many products as you like using this method. Once you have finished browsing simply click on the "checkout" button and follow the instructions to enter your name and address details. You will then be taken to the secure payment page where you make your payment. All our prices include UK VAT.

When will you despatch my order ?

If we have the goods you have ordered in stock we will despatch your order by first class delivery within 24 hours and very often the same day (if ordered by 3pm).

How can I pay ?

You can pay for your goods using any major credit card or by cheque. Please note however that if you wish to pay by cheque you should print your order from our website and post it to us. Your purchase will be despatched to you once your cheque has cleared our bank (usually after 5 days).

How much postage and packaging do I have to pay ?

UK - Up to £70 order - £7.00 then an extra £2 for every £30 thereafter
Europe - Up to £70 order - £14.00 then an extra £5.00 for every £30 thereafter
Rest of the World - Up to £70 order - £20.00 then an extra £5.00 for every £30 thereafter

What if I need to return my order as it is faulty ?

In the unlikely event that the product has a fault that has not been caused by misuse please return the item to us for inspection. If we concur that the item is faulty we will send a replacement and/or issue a full refund to include the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure that when returning items you give us a full explanation for the return.
