Over the fifty years of Dr. Martens history, countless tribes have adopted the boot but also altered it, evolved it and made it their own. With the AW Modern Classics collection, we have done the same, taking a string of our core ingredients but littering them with new ideas. Pushing the boundaries of innovative materials and pioneering new cuts again, we have introduced a jewel material, with its very striking metallic, pearlescent finish, as well as the QQ Pearl leather Beet Red for bold, winter warmth.

Features and benefits:

• The original Dr. Martens air-cushioned sole, providing underfoot comfort and durability since 1960. It is oil and fat resistant, tough and offers good abrasion and slip resistance.
• This is a Goodyear-welted product. This together with Doc Martens Z welt-stich and heat sealing process, makes it unique.
• Jewel is a non leather material, with vibrant, polished holographic finish.
• QQ Pearl is a soft leather with a pearlized finish.
• Patent lamper is a classic patent leather.
• Shimmer is a soft leather with metallic sheen.
• Smooth is the classic Dr. Martens leather: Durable, with a smooth finish.
• Hi Suede WP is a traditional lightweight suede, with the added advantage of being water resistant.
• Polished New Laredo is a lightly textured leather with a subtle antique effect and a pollished finish.
• Mirrage is a soft, lightly grained leather.
